On the floor
Sit in it before you buy it.
We are the Aquarius spa pool supplier for Matamata, with spas on the shop floor rather than in a brochure. Come and try the seats.
A spa is a fifteen-year purchase, so the questions worth asking are about the years after the delivery truck leaves: what the water care costs, who services it, and whether the parts will still be here. We sell them, we plumb them in, and we are the ones who come back to fix them.

Most nights
The one bit of the house that gets used in winter.
What we cover
From the showroom to the tenth year.
Everything a spa needs, from the same counter, for as long as you own it.
01 Choosing the right spa
Seat count is the easy part. The questions that matter more are where it will sit, how you will get it there, and how often it will actually be used — a spa that runs every night wants a different setup from one that comes on at weekends. Come in and we will work through it.
02 Siting, power and delivery
A spa needs a level base that will carry it full of water and people, an electrical supply run by a registered electrician, and clear access to get it in. We will look at the spot before you commit, so nothing turns into a crane hire on delivery day.
03 Covers and hard covers
We supply BMH pool and spa covers. A tired cover is the most common reason a spa costs too much to run — it is usually the cheapest thing on the list to put right.
04 Water care and chemicals
BioGuard spa chemicals on the shelf, and free water testing at the counter whenever you want a second opinion. Bring a sample rather than a guess and we will tell you exactly what it needs.
05 Servicing and repairs
Pumps, heaters, controllers and jets, on the spas we sold and on the ones we did not. We carry the common parts, so most faults get sorted without a wait.

Delivery day
Over the house if that is what it takes.
Access is the thing that catches people out. Narrow side paths, a fence in the way, a deck round the back — we work it out beforehand and bring the gear to suit.
Come and look at the spot with us before you commit, and delivery day stops being the interesting part.
Before delivery day
Four things to sort before the spa arrives.
| Check | What is needed | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The base | Level, solid, full width | A filled spa is heavy. Decking and pavers both work, but they have to be rated for it. |
| The power | Its own circuit, by a registered electrician | Spas draw steadily for hours. An extension lead is not an option. |
| The access | Clear route, gates off if needed | Measured before delivery, not on the day. |
| The clearance | Room to lift the cover and reach the panel | Servicing needs a side panel off. Leave room for it. |

Water care
The chemicals are on the shelf, not on back order.
Sanitiser, pH, alkalinity, filters and cartridges for the spa, over the counter from 7.30am on a weekday.
Bring a sample of the water in and we will test it while you wait, then tell you what it needs — which is usually less than people expect, and never something we have to order in first.
